Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop Burning Eclipse. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

These Terms apply to consumers only (as defined by § 13 BGB – German Civil Code).

2. Products

I offer products such as stickers, charms, and art prints based on my own original digital illustrations.
These are physical goods that are either made to order or individually produced by me.
All items are designed and drawn digitally by me. Minor variations in color or finish may occur and do not constitute a defect.

3. Copyright and intellectual property

All designs, illustrations, and artwork sold in this shop are my original creations and protected under copyright law.
By purchasing a product, you do not acquire any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell the artwork.
All rights remain with the artist (me).
Commercial use or redistribution – digital or physical – is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euros (€). Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. Payments are processed through the available payment methods shown at the checkout.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in advance using the payment methods offered during the checkout process.

6. Shipping and Delivery

At the moment shipping is only possible within Europe. I'm working on including more countries.

Orders are being shipped from Germany. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Products are shipped to the address you provide during checkout. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. 
I am not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

Delivery time is usually within [3–12 business days] after receipt of payment (Germany and EU). For international orders, delivery may take longer.

7. Customs and Import Taxes

International buyers (outside of the EU) are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country.

I am not responsible for delays or additional charges due to customs procedures or fees.

Customers within the European Union (EU) will not be charged additional import taxes or duties.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Under EU consumer protection law, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to custom or made-to-order products (such as art prints printed specifically for you), in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.

Please note that you will be in charge of the shiping costs of the return.
